Delivery Charges

 

Greetings cards. We charge a flat rate of  65p to deliver greetings cards to addresses within the UK.

Worldwide delivery is charged at a flat rate of £5.00

 

Prints.

We do not charge for delivering prints to addresses within the UK.

Worldwide delivery is charged at a flat rate of £20.00

 

Delivering Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we will aim to post it to you within the time specified next to the item description. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately.

 

Greetings cards will be posted via Royal Mail, 1st class post.

 

Prints will be delivered via courier and will take 2 to 3 working days from the time they are posted.

 

We will notify you when your goods have been despatched as a signature will be required upon delivery.

Our Returns Policy

 

We hope you’ll be delighted with all your purchases as we make every effort to ensure that this is the case.

If you do need to return any goods or require a refund, please follow these procedures so that we can sort it out as quickly as possible. We ask that you take reasonable care of the goods and do not open them or use them before returning.

If an item is faulty or damaged:-

please contact us by email on enquiries@robinholder.co.uk stating clearly what the problem is. This is very important as we will make a decision as how best to resolve  the matter at this point. Please do not return any items before you have contacted us.

You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.

We will ask you to return all goods by Royal Mail, second class postage, signed for service. If it is a refund you require then we will also refund the cost of postage at the standard rate once the goods are returned.

 If you change your mind within 14 working days from the day following receipt of an item:-

under the Distance Selling Regulations we will issue a full refund, including any delivery charge, once the goods have been returned in a saleable condition and unopened.

Please register your decision to return your item within 14 working days from the day following delivery of your goods.

If you change your mind after 14 working days from the day following delivery of your goods:-

please contact us first.  We will be able to exchange or refund any goods once they have been returned to us in a saleable condition and unopened. We will not be able to refund your postage costs and you will be asked to pay for posting exchanged items. Please contact us first.

All refunds will be processed as quickly as possible, once your goods have been returned.
