Delivery Charges

 

Prints.

We do not charge for delivering prints to addresses within the UK.

Delivery charged to countries outside of the UK. Please ask for a price.

 

Delivering Your Order

Once your order has been placed, we will aim to post it to you within the time specified next to the item description. If there is a delay, we will contact you immediately.

 

Prints will be delivered via courier and will take 2 to 3 working days from the time they are posted.  We will notify you when your goods have been despatched as a signature will be required upon delivery.

Returns Policy

 

I hope you’ll be delighted with all your purchase.

If you do need to return any goods and require a refund, please contact me on enquiries@robinholder.co.uk as quickly as possible requesting a refund. I ask that you take reasonable care of the goods and do not open them or use them before returning. You have fourteen days from receipt of your goods to return them in a saleable condition for a full refund.

If an item is faulty or damaged.

Please contact me by email on enquiries@robinholder.co.uk clearly stating the problem. This is very important as I will make a decision as how best to resolve the issue. Please do not return any items before you have contacted me. You will be entitled to a full refund, including your postatge costs, or an exchange, once the damaged goods have been returned.

If you change your mind after 14 working days from the day following delivery of your goods.

Please contact me on enquiries@robinholder.co.uk. I will be able to exchange or refund any goods once they have been returned in a saleable condition and unopened. We will not be able to refund your postage costs and you will be asked to pay for posting exchanged items. Please contact us first.
