If you do need to return any goods or require a refund, please follow these procedures so that we can sort it out as quickly as possible. We ask that you take reasonable care of the goods and do not open them or use them before returning.

please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org stating clearly what the problem is. This is very important as we will make a decision as how best to resolve your enquiry at this point. Please do not return any items before you have contacted us.
You will be entitled to a full refund or exchange.
We will ask you to return all goods by Royal Mail, second class postage, signed for service. If it is a refund you require then we will also refund the cost of postage at the standard rate.
*If you change your mind within 14 working days from the day following receipt of an item:-
under the Distance Selling Regulations we will issue a full refund, including any delivery charge, once the goods have been returned in a saleable condition and unopened.
