Have had several tuition sessions with Robin over the years and this year had a day out on the severn with him painting at Severn stoke which was idyllic and most enjoyable.Robin,s tuition skills at
all levels are exceptional and so inspiring I would highly recommend him to all.

I am currently on my last of my committed 12 lessons with Robin, I look at my paintings from when I started to now and the difference is night and day.As well as improving your overall ability, Robin
has an ability to find the area where you need the most work and incorporate this into a enjoyable lesson plan. I would look forward to each 4 hour monthly lesson as I knew I would come away with a
new subject to work on and I could always see slight improvements! Robin is a very patient tutor and I would highly recommend his 12 month lesson plan! Thank you!

I discovered Robin Holder’s exceptional work on the Birmingham Watercolour Society website.
His paintings are so calm and beautiful that just looking at them brings about a sense of peace and tranquility for me.
I ordered a print from Robin direct and I’m absolutely thrilled with it. The quality of the reproduction is
outstanding and the framing complements the print extremely well .
Thank you so much

I have followed Robin's work and especially his journey down the Severn for several years, and now, two of his paintings adorn our walls. I love the soft palette, the muddy blues and greens, the
sense of place as you look past the wet sheep to the river beyond. Very evocative of this part of England. Thank you.

The art group had a very instructive and worthwhile day with Robin who was very encouraging to all members. We learned a great deal, and the day had a very relaxed and happy atmosphere, with all of
us of us producing excellent work - Robin taking us through compilation and planning of a painting - step by step to the completed work.
An excellent day.

I have known, and attended various classes, away days and weekends with Robin over the last 13 years. He is a very patient Tutor with an innate ability to discover your talent/needs. He does not
impose his own style, but cleverly develops your own, using different projects/ techniques, and painting with him is a joy!

Deep felt emotions surface every time i enjoy my Robin Holder. To me it’s not just art; I get a thrill, spending time with his creation where i appreciate the “Special Journey” behind its
composition.
Robin's art is a wonder to explore as it reminds my body of healthy adventures travelled and happily imagined; paintings that refresh my soul and brighten my mind . I hope sharing my enjoyment, can
create a space to uplift you too

I have followed this artist for the last five or six years and absolutely love his work. His recent exhibition in Ironbridge was a triumph, illustrating to perfection his varied style. His blog,
tracing his journey alongside the River Severn, from source to sea, is interesting to read and really captures his enthusiasm and love for that part of the country. I look forward to seeing more of
his work soon.

Unimaginable progress, just completed Lesson 8 (of the committed 12 lessons) on Robin's monthly 1-2-1 home tuition; each 4 hourly lessons in acrylic on captivating landscapes. A couple on-site and
the next lesson outside. I find it is much better than group workshops at my level. I will follow Robin's advise to just enjoy painting. I much appreciate winning, rather than the struggle as I have
for the last few years.

After receiving a gift voucher from my friend at Christmas, I was delighted to have private tuition from Robin. I haven’t painted in years but with Robin’s patience, guidance and enthusiasm for
teaching, he enabled me to regain and develop my skills. He is a fantastic artist and tutor. I look forward to our next session. Thank you so much.
