Jobs to Consider for June
Deadhead roses.
Feed and prune potted olive trees.
Bring potted citrus trees out from winter shelter.
Prune deciduous magnolias and lightly prune rhododendrons after flowering.
Clip evergreen hedges - privet, box and lonicera.
Thin out shoots on trees and shrubs pruned in the winter.
Prune Weigela, Philadelphus and Deutzia once flowering has finished.
Tie in new stems of climbing and rambling roses.
Twine new honeysuckle growth.
